I have a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Bastyr University, am a Certified Personal Trainer and Spinning Instructor. I have always loved movement, and grew up playing soccer, running track and cross county and now love running marathons and triathlons.

I am enthusiastic about helping others achieve their fitness goals inside and outside of the gym and like to create a dynamic combination of cardio and weight lifting for improvements across all aspects of your life.
