This self-guided 12 week program focuses on getting "Built and Jacked" because that's exactly what you will be doing. Stability, muscle & strength! Hitting the entire body each week (5 workouts a week, cardio is encouraged - but optional). Each week I want you to challenge yourself. Push more weight than you did initially. You can track it all on the app. Which is awesome and super helpful. I want you to think, "Hm...could I have done more weight with good form". If the answer is yes, do more. If no, then obviously no. Form over everything. Don't ego lift. No one likes that and is only asking for an injury. Do work, but be smart! #getbuiltandjacked
