Johnny's history as an athlete dates back to his 12 years as a competitive basketball and football player in high school and college. Having worked exclusively with the strength and conditioning programs at both USC and UCLA, training collegiate and professional athletes of all sports, Johnny has learned from some of the very best in the industry. The fitness professional was featured in the Health and Fitness section of Pasadena Magazine based on his accomplishments and efficient workout routines.

Johnny has attained his Master's Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention, after attaining his undergraduate education in Kinesiology (Exercise and Performance Enhancement).
He is a certified Neuromuscular Therapist (NMT), Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Functional Mobility Specialist (FRCms), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and (TPI) certified.
