    This is a habit based weight loss program and it’s designed around training, nutrition, and accountability. The training component. We will create your customized training plan that will be specifically designed to help you lose weight and tone up. Your personalized workout plan is based on using the tools, time, and ability you have to make sure this becomes a long term solution. All you’ll need to do is follow the plan your trainer creates for you on the Just You Fitness app. You will have both in person as well as at home workouts so you develop the habits necessary to make this a lifelong habit. You will simply open our custom app on your phone and all of your workouts will be lined up in your schedule, zero thinking required. Just show up and let us guide you. The nutrition component. Your customized nutrition plan will be specifically designed to help you lose weight in an effective and enjoyable way. We will be closely monitoring what you are eating week to week and focusing on balancing your nutrition with your lifestyle, and that makes it far easier to lose weight and achieve your goals in an enjoyable and sustainable fashion. We have found that this approach allows us to identify the issues which may have prevented you from losing weight in the past so we can help you make the necessary changes moving forward. We will monitor your process within our customized app and be able to adjust and set specific nutritional goals as well as communicate them to you so you can lose weight while keeping your energy levels high. All you will need to do is follow the proven strategies and your energy and confidence will skyrocket! The support/accountability component. This isn’t just some random program.
