This challenge is for anyone that doesn't want to fully commit to 1-1 coaching, but wants a taster of what results they can achieve. The couch to 5K plan is designed to help you get introduced to running for an approachable distance. Whether you'd like to do your runs on a treadmill or outdoors is up to you. You'll be running 3 days per week, with increasing levels of output over a 6 week period. The 5k run will happen in just 45 days, so it's time to get started!
