My name is James Whitty. I am a qualified personal trainer with over 5 years experience working with clients to achieve confidence in their bodies and keeping them accountable on the way. I have completed further studies in University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sports Science and I have also aquired a Qualification as a Nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition. I have over 21 years of training experience playing at high levels in Soccer and have 10 years experience with strength training hiring my own personal trainers to improve my knowledge and discipline with my health and fitness.
