Thank you for visiting my online training program! To say that fitness was my passion is an understatement! I grew up in Boulder, Colorado where exercise, health and fitness is a way of life! I started taking "aerobics" as a teenager, rode horses competitively for 5 years & spent many a spring break vacation on week-long backpacking trips.

I started teaching group fitness classes (aerobics) throughout my college days and fell in love with weight training back in 1988. I decided then that I wanted a career in the health club industry to inspire and motivate others to reach their fitness goal, whatever that may be. I achieved Bachelor of Science degrees from UNC in Greeley, Colorado and did my recreation internship at Flatiron Athletic Club in Boulder, CO. 30 years later I can honestly say I still LOVE what I do!

I've now been in the fitness industry for over 30 years teaching group fitness classes such as HIIT, Spin, Boot Camp,Circuit training, Les Mills as well as personal training. I have also competed in NOVA/GALAXY, TriFitness & NPC figure competitions as well. I have trained a variety of competitors including beauty pageant girls, bikini, physique and bikini competitors over the years since retiring from competing. I. was recently inducted into the hall of fame for my Trifitness days in 2021.
I've also had 2 amazing boys who are avid baseball players. Thankfully they have caught the fitness but and both have received baseball scholarships in College and my older son now plays in the Colorado Rockies organization in the minors.

I've had my share of surgeries as well... I've an appendectomy (1988), ACL reconstruction(2005), a hysterectomy(2013) & anterior/posterior spinal fusion(2014) and a total knee replacement(2019) so I am no stranger to rehabbing injuries and Physical Therapy!!

I have never let my age be my excuse for complacency. I believe we can ALL achieve great things if we just let go of our limitations and always strive for excellence!!

Although I love working with my one on one clients I always felt that there were so many others that I could reach if I built an online business and trained clients remotely. So, here I am!! I love holding clients accountable, checking in weekly, and simply being here for my clients no matter what!

With the coronavirus pandemic I also just recently decided to take some of my fitness classes LIVE..be sure to check out my amateur film pandamic workouts on YouTube. I am offering facetime personal training and am also building a library of exercise classes on my Youtube channel so be sure to subscribe if you are stuck at home!
