I have had a love for wellness for years-both the fitness and nutrition sides. Over the years I have dabbled in lots of different types of activities from Capoeria and kickboxing to soccer, half marathons, Olympic lifting and horseback riding and a few things in between. A couple have stuck with me over the years-lifting weights and horseback riding.

My passion is to help people develop sustainable lifestyle habits. Whether in physical activity or nutrition, it is always the culmination of the little things each day that make positive changes. I have had the joy of training and coaching in both and love to share my knowledge with people to help them become the healthiest version of themselves.
