  • 21 Day Eat Clean Challenge

    Terms and Conditions of the 21-Day Clean Eating Challenge 1. Commitment: The challenge requires a commitment to follow a strict Clean eating diet for 21 days. ( weekend is going to be a little different , we are going to add more carbs) 2. Dietary Guidelines: Participants are expected to eat only meat, fish, eggs, and fats. Dairy and spices will be allowed in moderation, depending on specific guidelines. Some fruits & veggies. That means no carbs, no refined sugars, nothing processed. The only day will be allowed to have some carbs will be Shabbat ( portion will be provided) 3. Health Considerations: Participants should notify me if they have any health conditions before starting the challenge. 4. Tracking Progress: Participants are encouraged to track their progress, including weight, measurements,energy levels, skin improvement, pics before the challenge and after the challenge and any other health markers. ( you will need to include it in the app) 5. Support: Participants will have access to support through group. will be taking place on KosherFitByDiana app, you will be provided with grocery list, portion guide, 3 workout videos a week , night meditation guide specifically if you feeling daily stress. motivation through the day , you will have the option to chat between you to motivate each other, I will be providing full support which means you may text on the group anytime throughout the day with any questions (No private messages) you’ll have and will be glad to answer it for you. 6. Flexibility: While the challenge aims for strict adherence, individual needs and circumstances will be taken into consideration. Minor deviations can be discussed with the facilitator to ensure the participant can still benefit from the challenge. I understand that committing to a 21-day Clean Eating challenge might seem daunting, especially if you have concerns about sticking to the diet. My goal is to support you throughout the process. After the 21 day is over you may slowly go back to your usual routine slowly will be adding carbs I will guide you on how to do that What will you need: ✅Pair of dumbbells based on your level ( if a beginner 5-8 lb each ) ✅Resistance bands ✅Half a Gallon water bottle ( or just use any bottle, you will have to track the amount will be provided ) ✅Food scale ✅Body scale ✅measuring tape And lots of will 😙💪🏽 Are you ready ⁉️⁉️‼️
