About Kyle

Kyle began his personal training career in early 2014, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Kyle is a practitioner of nearly a dozen martial arts and is currently a long-time black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a former Muay Thai & Mixed Martial Arts fighter. It was after his long history of martial arts and competitive fighting that he took his fascination of the human movement system to the books and began his studies to become @TheHumanMovementSpecialist. Since 2014, Kyle has earned specializations in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Behavior Change, Senior Fitness, Women's Fitness, Weight Loss, Golf Fitness, and MMA Conditioning. He is currently in the NASM Master Trainer Program. Kyle is also the creator of PRT (Pain Relief Therapy) Training, focused on using corrective exercises, stretches and movements to rehabilitate or prevent injuries and illnesses. Through his specific & unique approach to training, Kyle has been able to help clients with extensive medical conditions, such as nerve damage, stroke recovery, Parkinson's Disease, and many more.
