Welcome to Lawless! My name is Tom and I'm a personal trainer based in Calgary, Canada. Originally from the UK, I have spent the past 8 years working in the Personal Training and Elite Sports industry in Australia, South East Asia and now Canada.

Online training has allowed me to offer my services to many dads across the globe. My goal is to build a community for men and transform the lifestyle of fathers so that they create balance through Purpose, Guidance and Autonomy.
