I help everyday athletes lose weight, dial in their nutrition and get stronger, so they can perform better in their sport, in the board room. and also at home as a leader of their families.

When I'm not working with athletes I'm likely travelling, training for a race, playing some sort of sport or reading a book in the sunshine with a nice cup of coffee.
