My mission in life has always been to help people, my tool to do it has been fitness. To be more specific it is to help as many people as possible improve their lifestyle quality. My journey has gone great so far and I have had the privilege to help so many people.

Most of my clients are looking to see results quickly whether it be fat loss or muscle gain. To make sure we are on the right path we rely on progress tracking through food/cal, body fat percentage, weight, circumference measurements and pictures. I take this time to make it a learning experience that turns into a lifestyle change
