This 16-week program is our flagship program built by our founder, Dr. Brad Hargis. It is designed to get you into the best shape of your life by focusing on all areas of your fitness. You will build strength in the big 3 (squat, deadlift, press), put on lean muscle and tone through accessory work and get in killer shape using various conditioning methods (biking, running, etc.). If you want to be well-rounded, then this program is for you.
