I did not start my journey in fitness and nutrition until my late 30s. Over the holidays of 2012, I made a mental change to get in the best shape of my life. I dedicated myself to working hard in the gym and focusing on proper nutrition even while being a wife and mom of 2 small children. But I didn’t stop there! In 2015 (at the age of 40), I entered my first figure competition and even brought home some hardware. With my ever growing knowledge in the fitness/nutrition world and my own personal successes and struggles, I would love to help you on your personal fitness journey. It is never too late!!!!
