NUTRITION: - All meal plans are tailored from scratch from an extensive list of proteins, fats, and carbs you can choose from. No food groups are ever excluded, but individual preferences can be catered for. SUPPLEMENTATION: - As a sponsored athlete, with 20 years’ experience in supplementing, you can be assured of the very best guidance, especially when it comes to what works and what doesn't. Any supplement questions are welcome throughout your time on the team! CHECK-INS: - Check-ins are open WED or SAT. Checking in is done via a quick online form (located in my Instagram bio link) where all changes can be recorded, including any issues/requests (e.g., meal plan changes). Check-ins are how we drive performance, so any changes requested by you, or suggested by me, are returned to you within 48 hours (usually 24 hours!) to ensure you stay on track towards your goal. These changes could include calorie/macro adjustments, training program adjustments, cardio increase/decrease etc. SUPPORT: - As a client, you will have direct access to me via the in-App messenger. Online support simply means I am on-hand to answer any questions, help solve any issues, or advise on any subject related to your program, training, nutrition, or general wellbeing. I will always endeavour to respond the same day, and at most within 24 hours. The value of the service is in its use! I like to keep a continual dialogue going with all my clients to keep them motivated and keep myself aware of any issues that might be preventing them from results. Although the team is small, I cannot reach out to chase as much as I’d like to, so please touch base at least once a week if possible. THE APP: - All plans are distributed via the App, for which there are no additional expenses or in-app purchase requirements. Once onboarded as a client, you will receive instructions via email on how to download and log in for the first time. The App works on both iOS and Android. All workouts can be tracked in real time, and a history of all workouts is logged for comparison. You can also easily add and track metrics such as body weight, body measurements and photos, which enables you to track these metrics over time. The App connects with Fitbit, MyFitnessPal & Apple Watch, although tracking alongside with MyFitnessPal is not required.
