    Pack on the muscle with the Gainz program! If you are a beginner, we suggest you complete the Foundation program before tackling Gainz. Focusing on higher rep ranges and more time spent in the eccentric phase, Gainz will produce more muscle growth than Level Up or Foundation. Gainz is a 12 week program that requires a fully equipped gym; it is broken down in to 3, 4-week blocks and is designed to be performed in the order assigned. The program comes with 3 workouts per week, but if you desire an additional workout per week, we suggest you repeat one workout. This workout requires a fully equipped gym.
