If your goal is to get stronger, fitter and more flexible with the structure of sessions with a personal trainer each week then this may be of interest to you. The sessions will be designed so you work your whole body each week by lifting weights and other forms of resistance and bodywork. This is suitable for beginners and those who are more experienced with weights and resistance training. The details: Duration: 40 minutes 2 times a week Cost: £160 per month paid 1st month The times agreed Tuesday and Thursday 07:45-08:25 are your fixed session times and days. 30 day cancellation notice period required
