I found powerlifting when I started college after participating in high school wrestling and football. After 6 months of training, I decided to compete in my first meet in the USPA federation. Realizing how much I loved the sport and wanting to better myself at it, i dedicated the next 8 years training and competing specifically for powerlifting.
I competed in my first Nationals Level meet in 2017, at the USPA drug tested Nationals, and placed 2nd. Since then I continued my journey and broke a number of records in the USPA federation including a state deadlift record by deadlifting 727lbs at 198lbs body weight.
While competing in powerlifting, I realized that performance can be improved by having a well thought out nutritional plan. I started learning and applying my knowledge regarding nutrition into my training and it paid off big time.
I competed in my first bodybuilding show in 2020, after a few years of consistent training and following a proper nutritional plan. As a result I placed first In the novice division and third in the open division for classic physique. In 2022, I did my second bodybuilding show where I won the open class in classic physique and qualified for the nationals level shows.
I have been coaching since 2017 and have coached over 50 athletes and over 200 life style clients with multiple degrees of success.
I am a firm believer in that you can achieve anything you put your mind to and I’m always excited to be able to take an athlete to their maximum potential.
The Brand LONG HAUL PERFORMANCE is created based on my philosophy of getting clients prepared for the future and educating them that fitness is not a sprint, it is a marathon. I will teach you everything I know in order for you to be independent and knowledgeable on how nutrition and training works in order to allow you to mentor others and share in their successes as I have.
