This program is a 12 week program that is geared toward time based performance improvement (i.e. event preparation like a fitness assessment, run, physical evaluation, or PR testing). Your onboarding assessment and discovery call with your trainer to evaluate current fitness level and goals you'd like to accomplish with the 12 week training period.
This program will teach you the principles and moves that are most beneficial to building shape and lift to your glutes. It will be a 10 week long workout program that focuses on muscular development to lift and round your glutes. This workout program requires gym access.
