When my time on the field came to a close, I found a new passion in strength training, and I knew I wanted to turn my dedication into something that could benefit others.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through NASM. Beyond these foundational certifications, I’ve focused my expertise on kettlebell training—a powerful approach that builds strength, balance, and endurance like no other. My work as a kettlebell specialist allows me to teach safe and effective techniques, guiding you through each movement to ensure maximum impact and lasting results. Even though I am a kettlebell specialist, I can and will help you achieve your goals beyond just kettlebell training.

My mission is to help you achieve your unique goals by providing personalized support, evidence-based techniques, and the motivation to keep progressing.
