About

Fitness saved my life I became a full time trainer in 2011 when i was competing in boxing.

I finished off boxing professionally and then started bodybuilding competitively in the CPA which is part of the IFBB pro league.

I’m a certified personal trainer through canfitpro, and have a Nutritional Therapist diploma through the Health & Science Academy.

I have been a full-time trainer for 12 years now. 9 of those years were with GoodLife Fitness where I was awarded as the top trainers and coach of the year, every year that I worked there out of 1000s of trainers across Canada.

The highlight of my training career was developing a boxing program to combat the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. It had 3 ethics approved medical research studies conducted by Trent Universities medical department, all showing amazing results in my fighters.

I’ve turned my home into a training studio since leaving GoodLife Fitness, so I literally live in a gym, it’s more than my passion, it’s my positive outlet and the way I help people daily. #HoodLife™️
