This is the bench press routine I followed when I competed in powerlifting throughout high school and college. In 1988, at a bodyweight of 194 lbs. and competing in the 198 lbs. class, I set the Collegiate Region IX Bench Press Record with a lift of 402 lbs. You will have weekly access to discuss your training with me, and show me video of your technique to make sure you're on the right track.

Establish daily Macro intake (protein, fats, carbohydrates). 3). Create daily meal plan and recipes: This can be tailored for those of you who have the time and enjoy preparing meals, or I can prescribe you very generic meals like I eat that can easily be "meal prepped" and eaten a few times over the week. 4). Supplement education and suggestions.

You will need to purchase at least 1 of the following items: A suspension trainer (TRX), a Kettlebell, a set of dumbbells, or a set of bands with different strengths. You will also need something that can be used as a bench.
