    This is the bench press routine I followed when I competed in powerlifting throughout high school and college. In 1988, at a bodyweight of 194 lbs. and competing in the 198 lbs. class, I set the Collegiate Region IX Bench Press Record with a lift of 402 lbs. You will have weekly access to discuss your training with me, and show me video of your technique to make sure you're on the right track.

  • Nutrition and Supplement Guidance

    *** This is an add on only for those clients subscribed to online training. Included: 1). Establish BMR (basal metabolic rate) daily caloric assessment. 2). Establish daily Macro intake (protein, fats, carbohydrates). 3). Create daily meal plan and recipes: This can be tailored for those of you who have the time and enjoy preparing meals, or I can prescribe you very generic meals like I eat that can easily be "meal prepped" and eaten a few times over the week. 4). Supplement education and suggestions.
