I started my love for all things fitness at a young age. I remember asking my mom if I could run with her at age 10.
I got my first personal training certification in 1994. I trained for a few years and then went on to earn a degree in Radiological Technologies. After having my second child in 2013 I decided to go back to my passion of helping people through personal training.
