This service is designed for clients who are already training at a fitness facility. You are happy with your progress but feel like you need someone to keep you accountable to either consistency or a performance goal. This is not a program, however more so a coaching service, to steer you in the right direction each week with your current goal or focus with your movement. WHAT'S INCLUDED? - 1 x Initial In-depth call covering your background, where you are now and where you desire to be - 1 x Weekly 30 minute call with myself to cover Mindset/Nutrition/Training/Recovery/General Accountability - A teammate, someone who can give you a kick or a cuddle when needed EXCLUSIONS: - This is not a gym membership or a training program subscription. *Minimum 8 week commitment, 2 weeks notice cancellation required in writing
This program is designed for clients with 12+ months experience in a gym. You have a busy lifestyle and are both comfortable and experienced in a gym environment. Your understanding of your nutrition needs is strong, but you just need some guidance with your movement. Buckle up, the next 6 weeks will test you, remember to move with intention & purpose to see best results. Get it Done 2.0 will follow your program if you choose to maintain momentum. Workouts will take 45-60 minutes depending on your availability. Workouts can be done at anytime during the week.
