    This 12 week program is going to get you strong..all with you dumbbells at home. This program has training days 4x/week, 2 upper 2 lower. Note: this is still program that is designed for muscle growth, and will require a range of dumbbells (5-30lbs+)You still need to lift HEAVY for optimal progress.

    This 8 weeks bodyweight and bands workout is great for beginners to resistance training or those looking to add additional circuit training to their existing program for more endurance strength work. Do to the nature of this program, you will not be learning my progressive overload methods here. Rather, you will have two 4 week blocks consisting or 2 lower/2 upper body days as well as a cardio/core workout.

This program was originally designed to train women for the Canadian Femsport Competitions and is the perfect plan if you are entering a strength/conditioning competition. This is NOT a beginner program and is best suited for those with full gym access as it requires a variety of equipment such has barbells, suspension trainer, Bosu ball and more.

My name is Michelle Kilduff and I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer and have been an online fitness coach since 2020. I specialize in women's health and nutrition.

I have recently expanded my coaching and am currently working with patients who are under the care of their physicians while using GLP-1 weight loss medication.
