My goal as a strength coach is to help you see how much greater the adventure of life can be with optimal health. After having a dramatic weight loss transformation myself, I became driven to teach anyone and everyone how to do it themselves. I moved out to Colorado to study strength and conditioning at the National Personal Training Institute. After graduating I have trained at multiple health clubs specializing in weight loss, injury rehabilitation, bodybuilding and athletic performance training.
