My Name is Marcin Machula,
I have practiced as a high endurance athlete for over twenty years and I am fortunate to work now as a trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist with clients around the world. My programs are suited for those new to exercise, anyone looking to create a healthier relationship with movement and fitness or those returning to fitness and looking for a place to pick up again. I've successfully helped many clients change their body composition; lose weight, or gain muscles and successfully prepare for competitive or non-competitive events. Some of these include professional 12,8,6 round boxing fights, marathons, the Spartan Race, professional and weekend warrior events. I fundamentally believe that intimidation must be taken out of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. The benefits of exercise; stress reduction, positive mood, slowing the body's aging process and preventing or improving health conditions belong to everyone. I've worked through the years to understand how to best tailor my programs to build strength and confidence in manageable increments. I am responsive, stay in close communication and will help you manage and navigate challenges that come with training, including low motivation, plateaus, fatigue, injury, over-training and de-training. It doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey, no matter what stage; whether new to exercise, a health enthusiast or competitive athlete, I will work with you exactly where you are.
