These classes may be offered virtual, indoors and outdoors: -Our 30-min (mama moves) class allows you to bring your child(ren) of all ages Kiddos have the opportunity to play and socialize with others while we workout or join in💪🏻 Each location is carefully chosen and is a safe space for all ages Our 45-min (pre/postnatal moves) class is for both the pregnant mama and the new mama (6 weeks pp or otherwise cleared by a physician. It is a combination of mindfulness techniques, gentle stretching, breathwork, safe core movements, cardio, labor prep and recovery. *Child free unless necessary* With this membership you will receive Monthly Accountability support. -Each month you will join a group of motivated mamas who are committed to navigating their roles and their own fitness journey. -These groups may include daily-check ins, challenges, recipes and meal swaps, at-home fitness suggestions or just plain old motherhood advice. -You will also get exclusive insights on events and specials. We will provide the motivation and encouragement and you'll bring the consistency and commitment! Keep a look out for: Weekly play-dates: You can connect with other moms in our community through our weekly play-dates. These fun and interactive sessions provide a supportive environment for you and your little one to socialize, bond, and make lasting friendships. Monthly Moms Meet Up: Join our monthly moms meet up where you can engage in meaningful conversations, share experiences, and may receive guidance from experts in various fields related to motherhood. This is your opportunity to connect with like-minded moms and gain valuable insights to enhance your journey no matter where you are. Special event space or collaborations: MHM works closely with other small businesses to provide you and your children with different opportunities. Whether it be indoors at an open play facility, with a Pelvic floor therapist, a music and movement class, inside a local library or a sensory based class experience, we strive to bring our communities closer together. *These collaborations vary in price and are NOT included to be used with your membership however you will receive an exclusive discount for pop-up locations* *As long as your membership is active you will have monthly access to the group accountability* Monthly memberships can be cancelled or upgraded month to month* By becoming a MHM member, you will receive 1 free (1:1) call/consultation at any time.

Postnatal: Whether you're unsure where to begin, easing back into movement, or just want to make a deeper connection with yourself...this class helps you safely rebuild strength with full-body exercises, focusing on restorative core and pelvic floor techniques to reconnect with your body. This class is safe for all trimesters, six weeks postpartum, or anyone otherwise cleared to participate.
