My name is Maëva, and I am helping women through nutrition, fitness and health from pregnancy, postpartum, pre-menopause through the menopause transition. I've been educated through different fitness courses for the past eight years. This interest quickly developed into a passion, and since then, I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to maintain my metabolism and increase my athletic level. This journey began when I first took my pole dancing class. As this practice required lots of flexibility and strength, I added yoga classes and weight lifting to develop my strength. Along with these skills, I developed an interest in body awareness and movement control, leading me to become a Yoga and Pilates Instructor. Education and knowledge are endless, and I'm more aware (not to say obsessed) of muscle imbalance and postural dysfunction. I've decided to undertake two intensive courses to understand the primary injuries from the hips, knee and shoulder. Weight loss can be challenging to manage, especially after one or multiple births, but also after 35+ when hormone imbalances start to appear because of pre-menopausal symptoms. Hence, I recently put these two subjects into my pocket to support women during those stages and create strategies to get in shape. I would love to help you achieve your goals, whatever they are.
