Remote Coaching is personalized programming, including progressive workouts, catered to your fitness, capabilities, and needs using exercises based on your available setup — all packaged in an easy-to-use app that guides you with video and detailed instructions. You also get the essential nutrition and the macro framework you'll need, plus food logging and nutrient analysis so you can dial in your results. Your program is updated every 8 weeks. 1-on-1 check-in and review session every two weeks. INCLUDES: • Customized programming (for your specific goals and abilities) • New programming uploaded every 8 weeks (evolves with your progress) • App access (fully guided workouts plus logging) • 20-minute 1-on-1 review calls every other week • Get answers to questions. Mental health comes first
If you’re not pursuing mental health, physical health means nothing. With that in mind, I firmly believe every client needs to start with the aim of improving mental health, knowing that the stuff we work on together is how your body supports mental health. Just don’t get it backward. The fitness industry has historically sacrificed mental health at the altar of “idealized fitness”, especially the aesthetics that are presumed to come with it.
I’m gentle, patient, well-spoken, and approachable. I place a premium on proper biomechanics and injury prevention. I also have a knack for explaining abstract and complicated things about our bodies and biology to others. I’m a natural educator. These traits make me perfect for anyone new to fitness and older athletes in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond!
I’m also very much a HAES proponent (Health At Every Size).
My #1 aim is your health, happiness, and wellbeing—for the long haul. Unlike the majority of health professionals, I will tell you flat-out that your shape, size, and weight do not play a part in attaining those (except when specific shape or size are things you strongly aspire to and come at with a healthy and sane attitude).
