Welcome! I’m Mariah, an experienced Exercise Scientist, coach, and passionate advocate for supporting clients to reach their fitness and wellness goals. With both in-person and online training options, there’s something for everyone.
I specialise in creating individualised fitness programs, with a strong focus on women’s-only 1:1 and small group boxing sessions, as well as online personalised gym programs. Whether you’re new to fitness, looking to level up, or aiming for targeted health outcomes, my approach is designed to help you achieve real results in a supportive, motivating environment.
