This is great for those out of town who need to learn our system before diving into workouts! We highly recommend our 12 Week Starter Plan before adding weight to the workouts. You are able to go through the 12 weeks at your own pace. If you finish early, just let us know and we can transfer you to our main programs! Just remember, you always have access to more workouts in the "programs" tab!
