Work one on one with a personal trainer that will design up to 3 custom built workouts per week. Programs are built out on a monthly basis after your check-in with your trainer. Programs can be done totally remote. Plus you will get access to our mobile app including our exercise database, progress tracking, community group, wearables integrations, and on-demand workouts.
This gives you access to our app where you will find the necessary tools to push your health and fitness further.
Shape up your glutes, no if's, and's, or...well, you know. This program lasts for 8 weeks and includes: - 3 workouts (Day 1 - glutes & hamstrings; Day 2 - glutes & quads; Day 3 - glutes, calves, and everything legs) split over the week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday respectively. - Assessments at the start, week 5, and upon completion of week 8.
Work one on one with a personal trainer either online only or meet in person and do the workouts on your own. All meetings will be down at one of our locations. After meeting the trainer will design a program to help you achieve your goals. The trainer will check in with you weekly to make any adjustments and see how everything is going.
