As a stay at home mom, I have learned that being active is so important to a happy life. My passion is working with clients looking to make a lifestyle change. My personal background in fitness is in strength and conditioning and endurance sports. I am able to work with clients recovering from injuries or who have health risks to youth athletes and adults young and old. I have a bachelors and masters degree in exercise physiology and I am always learning new ways to train and challenge the human body.
I personally love to run, cycle and swim and olympic lift. I am currently training for a half ironman. I also have the joy of chasing around my 1 year old daughter. I have a german shepherd named Tonka and strawberries are life!
