This is a chest and bicep workout. The focus will be compound movements, followed by single-joint movements. This will stimulate the muscle to grow, while encouraging muscle fiber endurance.
This membership provides full access to our 24-hour fitness facility. After purchase, we will schedule a short gym tour and provide access information.
This is a 20-week muscle-building program. Workouts are performed 4 times a week through 5 phases.

This InBody test is a full analysis, including a printout, to establish current health and fitness levels. Test includes body fat, lean muscle analysis, left and right arm and leg comparisons, visceral fat levels, and water/hydration levels.
This test will measure your individual resting metabolic rate. This will be used to determine the exact number of calories you need for your specific goal: weight loss, maintenance, or lean muscle building. The test is performed in-house at Nick Bolton Fitness and takes 10 minutes.
