The Tighter & Lighter program is designed to kickstart your fitness program and have you feeling better about yourself in 14 days. It includes a 7 day prep week with lots of tips and information to get you started. This program starts on the Monday after you purchased the program but it is recommended that you start preparing yourself for the program by cleaning up your nutrition and getting some form of activity before you start.
