Born from a frustration that most online plans are either weight loss or aesthetic based, my plans incorporate all the elements that I believe create strong, happy and healthy pregnant and mama bodies.
My plans are designed for women who want to prepare their bodies for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Complete with workouts tailored specifically to each trimester that are safe for both you and your baby, and support from me- a Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness Coach.
I believe doing activities that you actually enjoy and focusing on how your body performs and feels, not how it looks, is the key to life long physical and mental well-being and this is even more important during pregnancy.
My plans include:
1) The Pre-Mama Plan- perfect if you want to prepare your body for pregnancy, birth and life as a new mama.
2) The Mama Plan- suitable if you have given birth in the last year. Use bodyweight exercises to re-engage your core and build strength.
All the plans can be done anywhere, anytime - no gym required!
