Gary Berglund is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist and Registered Yoga Teacher who has been in the industry for over a decade. GB has worked with thousands of people as a coach, consultant, speaker and educator working for public and private institutions including college sports teams, community health organizations, local government and some of the biggest names in the fitness industry.

A passion for helping people find their unique version of healthy is what drives Gary as a coach and mentor. His approach focuses on habit coaching and helping clients find practical solutions to problems to help remove barriers to success.
