I have been in the fitness scene for nearly 10 years now. After a long winded struggle with unbalanced hormones and PCOS, I did a TONNE of research... read every book around women's health - trying to navigate my fitness around my health.
I soon came to realise that a lot of people in the health and fitness world love to overcomplicate things, when really, it doesn't have to be that way!
Life is about balance. I teach you how to master the fundamentals, how to re-align and nourish your body (without having to sacrifice the fun stuff) to help you reach your goals.
Stronger, leaner, healthier, confident or pain-free. What ever your goal is, I make sure you understand what we are doing, so you can carry these over for the rest of your life.
What you can expect from me:
- A 'holistic' but realistic approach - everything is connected
- Simple but effective programmes that fit your schedule
- A focus on strength, form and breathing to re-align the body, reducing injury risk inside and outside of the gym
- A focus on hormonal health when it comes to nutrition, especially for women
What you can expect to NOT see from me:
- Extremely low fat, low calorie diets...
- Hours of cardio...
- Unrealistic timeframes and habits
