About Paolo

I am a natural bodybuilder and Personal Trainer who has been training for over 11 years. I have had a few coaches in the past from whom I have learnt a lot. I am a level 3 Personal Trainer and every day I study and keep up with the most recent research about the human body, training and nutrition science in order to offer my clients the best results in the least amount of time.

I have played basketball for about 20 years however strength training has always been my safe space, and my passion. When I train I feel free – the amount of endorphins (happy hormones) I release whilst doing it, it’s something truly life changing, in and out of the gym – My life changed for the best, in many ways, which benefitted my whole life.

It is, therefore, my mission is to get people fit and healthy (and shredded, if they wish to!) by applying a sustainable training method that will fit in to their lifestyle, providing a bespoke approach for each and every client depending on experience and goal.

I have now opened my Online Coaching Business as I wish to train people around the world rather than only people who train at my gym. Ever since I have founded Elevate Fit I have helped several people lose considerable amount of fat and gain pounds of muscles instead – Their self confidence increased massively as a result as well.
