Body Recomposition is the program made for individuals who are looking to shape their bodies in the fastest and most effective way known to science. As well as the Program you will be assigned a nutrition goal (calories and full macros) to support your goals and training. The Program consists of 4 phases of 4 weeks (16 weeks); every 4 weeks your phase will automatically change to the next, allowing you to keep progressing under different rep ranges in order to focus on individual factor which will then be brought all together in the last and final phase. The exercise selection is one that involves as many muscle groups as possible with the least amount of exercises, making it not only effective, but also time-effective. Intensity is key, the program would be almost nothing if it wasn't performed with the utmost intensity. I encourage you to lift as much as possible with good form, for the given amount of reps - For example - 8 reps: Lift the weight that will allow you to lift 8 or no more - Needless to say if more reps are in the tank you need to perform them, but on the next workout you'll be able to see you have done (for example) 10, so you will increase the weight to be able to only lift 8. This way we make sure to always train with intensity and we're sure to progress. Don't forget to warm up and stretch at the end of every workout at all times, as this will not only increase performance but also reduce the risk of injury massively - I hope you will benefit from this program as much as I have, make sure to share your before and after on the app, good luck!
