I will help you with following: - understanding exercises and reason why strength training is so important - understanding macronutrients, what they are and what role they have in your body - understanding energy balance and how can you use it to eat without saying "NO" to foods you like and still work on losing some body fat You will have access to the app where you can track all your progress. I will assign you certain goals for every day to complete (small ones, eg. "Have two pieces of fruit today") to keep you accountable daily. There are many features to the app which hopefully you will use to your full advantage. And lastly, I want you to feel as comfortable with me as possible so if there is some exercise you don't enjoy, or you don't like anything, do let me know!
