Chauncey Carroll, MPH is an athlete, coach, and mother that specializes in rock climbing, CrossFit, and yoga training programs, although she also loves programming for all kinds of athletic endeavors. Past clients have included elite climbers hoping to make the USA Climbing Team all the way to 70-year-old retirees wanting to increase their fitness and metabolism.   • 75 Hard Challenge (Jan 1 - Mar 16)

    Commit to 75 days of holistic lifestyle habits with community and coach support. Pick the Rx "HARD" track or scaled "FIT" track. You'll receive premium access to the PeakFit Coaching app to track your habits, track your nutrition, and gain points in the challenge. You'll receive accountability with a challenge "leaderboard" and some fun giveaways & prizes from local businesses. HARD TRACK: Stick to all daily habits... 1. Two 45-minute workouts per day, one which must be outside. 2. Adhere to a diet- you pick, but no cheat days & no alcohol. 3. Read 10 pages of a self-development/educational book. 4. Drink one gallon of water. 5. Take a progress photo. ("Strict" rules determine if you miss any of these habits on any day, you must start the 75 days over. For the purposes of this community challenge, everyone will finish on March 16) FIT TRACK: Daily habits... 1. One 45-minute workout per day with one rest day per week. 2. Adhere to a healthy eating pattern with one "cheat" meal per week if needed. 3. Read 10 pages of any book. 4. Drink 3 liters of water. 5. Track your progress with a body composition or progress photo check-in once per week. (If something happens & you miss a habit, still count your day but get right back on track.)     Whether you're trying to make the USA Climbing Team or doing your first Spartan race, let's customize a training plan that works for your busy life, current training status, or prior injuries. Receive guidance, accountability, and compassionate support to achieve your goal. Billed monthly based on training timeline- 2-month minimum recommended. Program is delivered virtually through premium access to the PeakFit Coaching app. You'll be able to see and track workouts assigned in your program, check in weekly with your coach, and reach out via Message for additional support.

  • Introduction to Rock Climbing: Toddlers (18mos-4yrs)

    / 60 min / one time

    Expose your active toddler to the basics of rock climbing in this one-hour group class. You'll enjoy bonding time with your child while helping them learn climbing safety, body positioning, upper body strength, and all the fun a climbing gym has to offer. FALL DATES: Fridays 9am-10am 9/27 10/11 11/8 12/13 Requirements: One caregiver is required to participate with their child which is included in the cost.     Receive 1:1 coaching personalized to your needs. Local clients only unless willing to travel. Private rock climbing lessons are available at Springs Climbing Center. CrossFit/personal training sessions are available at CrossFit Soco. Home clients are on a case-by-case basis. Sessions expire after 1 month. 24 HR cancellation policy in effect- if canceled within 24 hrs, forfeit 50% of the cost of the session, if canceled within 3 hrs, forfeit 100%.
