About Teriesa

Hey I'm Teriesa (some people call me Reese)! I got into my fitness journey back in high school when I took a weight's class. I loved every bit of pushing my body to its max and being able to feel AND see changes in my body. Focusing on how you feel is a leading factor in how I train clients. I love guiding people towards their goals and seeing them succeed. I believe that living a healthier life does not require a lot, I love using hobbies and daily activities to encourage healthier living without making drastic changes to an already busy life!
