Qualifications & experience:

BSc (hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Previous Assistant Performance coach at Watford, Charlton Athletic FC & Saracens RFC.
MSc degree in Strength & Conditioning.
Official Hyrox Coach.
Current Performance coach for Basildon Phoenix Swimming Club.
Official Hyrox group training gym partner.
