Sharnia is a National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) certified master trainer and fitness nutrition practitioner who developed a passion for the fitness industry while on her personal fitness journey eight years ago. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army as well as someone who has devoted much of her life to helping others by working within several different social services domains. Being a personal trainer has allowed her to combine her love of helping people with the love of fitness. Sharnia also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Chicago State University and a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology.
