First you'll enter in your information and history, sign a waiver, and from there be added to Platinum FIT's 1on1 clientele. From there Coach Nicole may ask you a few more questions, and then will create you your 5k plan! The plan will be about 4 weeks in duration. During your training feel free to ask any questions along the way about your plan or goals for your 5k! Your plan will be 100% created by a coach of 18 years, no AI. Please allow 24hrs response with your coach and a new mom of an energetic 1 year old!

This is a 3 month program that is meant to help build your upper body and core strength to be ready for your next obstacle course race or event, both in performance and injury prevention. Torn biceps and rotator cuffs are some of the most common major injuries in obstacle course racing, which is why included in the programming are exercises also meant to protect and strengthen your core and shoulders.

It starts with a 15 minute complimentary one-on-one via zoom, phone, or in person about your individual fitness goals, background, etc. Nicole then creates custom programming, workouts, and habits based on your needs and goals! After, you will start the program by taking pictures and stats, go through the Platinum Fitness Assessment and/or VO2 max test if you haven't already to get a baseline and assess your needs. Additional personal assessments may be needed to assess form. This is for someone who has recently rolled their ankle, acquired achilles tendonitis or plantar fasciitis. This phase lasts 4 weeks and then will be ready for phase 2!

After a consultation with Nicole on your body's macronutrient needs and your wants, she will create a custom plan providing different meals suited just to you! This also comes with a grocery list! This plan also comes with up to 2, 15-minute accountability coaching calls every. month to help stay on track and ask questions. You also get 24/7 access to message her through the app at any time. You can also exclude the foods you don't want (just let your coach know), and easily swap out meals if you're getting bored. This program also includes Platinum's basic Nutrition and Macro Tracker Toolkit to keep track of your daily intake, and reach your goals with your trainer!
A program to help strengthen and define your arms and shoulders! This program is 4 weeks long, is 3 days per week, and takes about 15-30min to finish. Please follow instructions including allowed break times for best results. For maximum benefit on getting "sculpted arms", follow a nutrition program that suits your individual needs. This workout calls for minimal fitness equipment: Dumbbells or Kettlebells, along with a bench and a barbell if you have any. This workout is meant to maximize your time and still gain strength in your busy life! Aim to go to almost failure with each set, and try to increase weight each week or every other week. Don't forget to follow up your workout with some quick absorbing protein and creatine for maximum strength gains, and 8 hours of sleep (we grow when we sleep!) ~ Nicole

Get simple a doable tips to begin your food journey to a healthier one! It's easy, take a pic, send it in, and Nicole will provide simple ways to enhance your meal for next time!
This enables a client free range and use of the app to track and monitor their strength training, cardio, nutrition, stats and progress without the need to be on a specific program. This feature is great for clients who have a good knowledge and experience of programming, working out, and want to continue to progress in their goals but don't need as much guidance from a coach. For 2022-2024 and possibly beyond Nicole will keep the 2-way communication open for her clients to help answer and fitness or app related questions! Platinum Personal Training is always based on the needs of the individual. Platinum specializes in Corrective Exercise, OCR Training, Ultra Endurance, Race Programming, Behavioral Coaching, Nutritional Coaching and general fitness. Depending on your needs, Nicole may perform ROM, mobility, strength, stability, and/or cardiovascular assessments in the first session that are suited to your specific goals ($200 value). Nicole also specializes in gait/stride education.
