From Fat Guy to Fit Guy...
I've spent many years trying to lose weight, burn fat, and build muscle. I finally did it through many trials and errors figuring out what works best for my body. It was a journey- not only physically, but mentally. I know what it is like- to feel like you're dying when you begin working out initially, how hard it is to stay consistent with healthy eating, and caving into cravings two days in. Sometimes you don't realize it's an emotional struggle that you have between food and exercise. I mean, who eats a salad when they're sad? Once you discover how to balance out this lifestyle to suit your daily life, things will get so much easier and better in regards to improving your health and level of fitness. No more guilt trips about eating ice cream!
Not only will I strive to help you reach your goals, but you will be provided with personal training to help you develop a healthy relationship with exercise, food, and YOURSELF. I want to help others discover that drive and to believe in themselves that they can overcome the obstacles of a fitness journey. I've been through it, and I'm willing to walk through it all over again with you. Together we can find the formula that is right for you to make this fitness journey a successful and healthy transformation that will improve your quality of life.
