This consultation begins with a questionnaire, which will be reviewed and ends with a virtual meeting or phone call. During this 30-minute appointment, we'll discuss your questionnaire, receive fitness and/or nutrition education and guidance, work together on attainable goal setting, and establish your personalized plan of action.
