This program is designed to help you with accountability, motivation, direction with food, exercise, mindset and life coaching. We will specifically work on Rehab protocols and exercise and resistance training practices to help optimize your core stability and spinal mobility function. This is a 12-week session with 12-30 minute check-ins a week. The accountability is intended to keep you consistent and accountable to your goals for health and movement.
A Focused Chiropractic Adjustment is a 15 minute session of adjustment focused treatment. This does not include other therapy modalities and is for patients that have already had an initial consult.
Dr. Sadiq Sheraze is a board certified chiropractor in the states of California and Texas. He uses diversified systems for chiropractic care and supports his manual therapy with specialized rehab protocols in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabaization and Functional Movement Systems. He also uses training from Functional Lifestyle Medicine to re-pattern behavior and habits to align to Supreme Health.
This program is a more personalized program where Dr. Sheraze will come to your home for personal training sessions. This is a 12-Week Program designed to create continuity of movement through specific rehab and exercise protocols designed specifically for the individual. Dr. Sheraze was born and raised in Houston, TX. He completed a B.A. in psychology at Baylor University. He later went on to pursue a doctorate in chiropractic medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, OR. He recognized the opportunity to expand his nutritional education and began interning at True North Health in 2017. He joined the staff in 2020 and has since implemented fasting, diet, and functional movement into his chiropractic practice. Besides spinal and joint manipulation, Sadiq’s specialty is educating people on functional movement patterns. He is certified in Functional Movement Systems, which is designed to identify and correct limitations and imbalances in the way people move. He uses Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization techniques, which focus on core strengthening and stabilization. He is also well trained in Functional Range Conditioning techniques which improve full joint ranges of motion. Sadiq is adept in advising patients on nutritional counseling in order to decrease inflammation and improve range of motion.
